I donno, I didn't really like this second installment. It was just a really long episode. I definitely liked the first one better, the yivo character was just a bit too much and the plot was a bit over-the-top for me.
If you have time that you wanna waste then watch this movie. The story really goes nowhere. The first movie had an actual story that one can appreciate. This was...much less tasteful...I'm hoping the third and fourth movies are much better.
