Waay better than the first one. The writing was better paced and solid. The idea behind the whole thing is so crazy, but a lot more interesting than the nude aliens from the last one. And for those that complain about the Leela/Fry thing that gets tossed out the window: Get over it.
It happened enough times in the series that is seemed to get a little closer and then dropped completely, and in this film it works better with the plot.
