Review of Futurama: Into the Wild Green Yonder (2009) by Siri H — 20 Mar 2009
Futurama really works best in 30 min. slots, is the lesson I take from having watched all four Futurama films. Michael Rowe (script) seem to struggle to come up with and construct a storyline that can carry an entire feature film, the end result seeming somewhat... forced.
Into the Wild Green yonder is certainly not the worst of the Futurama films (so far), but that isn't saying much as neither of them are much to shout about. Sadly the Futurama films tarnish the memory of a series that was sometimes great, sometimes brilliant.
