Review of Fury (2014) by Chris O — 20 Dec 2015
An excellently realized WWII film that capitalizes well on it's directional flair, outstanding actors and flawless editing, not to mention being one of the most intensely violent and visceral depictions of the international conflict since Saving Private Ryan.
Unfortunately for me, the final act seemed a bit too conventional for my tastes, especially given the gripping lead up, but otherwise, it's another spectacular success for David Ayer.
