Review of Furious 7 (2015) by Terry C — 13 Jul 2016
The latest installment for the ensemble cast really ups the crazy action set pieces. It would be better to consider these movies as a superhero team movie, sort of like The Avengers. Their superpowers being their driving abilities.
The filmmakers managed to craft an exciting story even after the tragic lost of Paul Walker in the midst of production. Also worth noting was the addition of Jason Statham as the new villain who just goes chewing through scenes with Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel.
