I've followed the series. This was a big disappointment. It swung from a Lifetime t.v. movie to an afternoon soap opera. NOT GOOD! It wanted to be something it's not. (Perhaps they were going for Bond?) Weird music that often killed any vibe they were trying to create.
Too many characters, all of them needing to be funny or invincible making the dialogue wordy and painful to watch.
