Review of Furious 7 (2015) by Daniel S — 10 Jan 2016
Can't believe the movie sucked, it did not live up to its expectations. Really, 83% liked it? I bet majority of the people who went to go watch this movie are not a big fan The Fast and Furious franchise, they know little of what's happened in the series. I was very excited and looking forward to it for like 2 years since after the release of Fast 6. The story plot was so off and confusing. It was badly written, dialogue was atrocious, and the acting was even worse I caught a headache, I literally almost walked out the theater. I don't know if it's cause it was a different director, the film just wasn't flawing right. It was such a big letdown. In fact, it is actually the most mistake-filled movie of 2015, that's how you know this movie was ridiculously awful. Definitely became my least favorite one out of the F&F franchise. Hopefully they don't make the same kinda mistake in upcoming Fast and Furious 8.
Honestly, it was the ending that made the film so great, it will always be remembered more as a tribute to Paul Walker than the film about cars. The ending was breathtaking, I physically felt like I was moving for how heartwarming and touching it was. May you R.I.P Brian O'Connor (Paul Walker).
Here's my advice, if you're planning watching this movie leave your brain at the door. It's so full of bullshit.
