Review of Furious 7 (2015) by Jamie C — 11 Apr 2017
It's not often you go into the seventh film in a series and expect it to be the best but this one just shades number 6, They just keep getting better and better, The story follows on from number 6 with Jason Statham playing a very good bad guy and hopefully will be in more sequels, The action and stunts were very OTT but it was just more fun and very entertaining, There was some great fights in this one too with Statham kicking the Shit out of Johnson plus Johnson Using his legendary Rock Bottom on him, Rodriguez and Rousey have a good fight plus Statham and Diesel fight was brilliant even if the way it ended was a tad silly, The effects were great, Dwayne Johnson was great as always but was under used, It's not going to win any new fans but old fans will love it, After the tragic death of Paul Walker we have a very emotional tribute at the end that just tops off a great movie, We go through so many emotions in this film from laughing, In awe over the amazing action but the last 10 minutes will break your heart when it finally hits home that Fast & Furious and the World of film will be allot different without him but it was an amazing send off.
