Review of Furious 7 (2015) by David W — 14 Apr 2017

I'm perplexed that these movies do so well at the box office and even get favorable critical reviews. I've watched two now (5 & 7) and these are considered the two best. I didn't care for 5, and admit I only watched this because I was intrigued by the fact it was directed by James Wan (The Conjuring, Saw) and also starred Kurt Russell.

The action is constant, but ridiculous. The dialogue is laughable. Diesel and Walker are such flat actors with little emotion. Oh....and it's over two hours! I will say 5 was slightly better, but that's not saying much.

I don't care what if the next one gets a 100% on the Tomatometer, I am NOT watching it.
