Review of Fur: An Imaginary Portrait of Diane Arbus (2006) by Countess N — 26 Sep 2009
Fur is a visually stunning film which is more an imagined fiction of Diane Arbus than actual bio. This is a strange and bizarre film which managed to hold my attention from beginning to end. Robert Downey Jr once again stills the show in a film.
He is the master. After the credits rolled, I couldn't say this was an enjoyable tale, but it was definitely weird.
