As a drama: raises important questions and themes in unusual and thought-provoking ways. As a comedy: many of the jokes are really funny, and many of those that aren't were intended to bomb. Don't see this movie if you just want pure light-hearted comedy.
Otherwise, I must agree that it rambles and goes too long, but is otherwise a profound success.
