Review of Funny People (1976) by Steve S — 12 Aug 2012
Give this film a break. It's excellent. It is very serious and pretty dark, and it is not as immature and laugh-out-loud as some of Apatow's other movies, (as brilliant as they are). And it features surprisingly endearing performances by Adam Sandler and Seth Rogen, and one of the best ensembles I've seen.
