A bravura performance from Barbra Streisand, as well as a wonderful reminder of how tremendous true star-power can be. Streisand carries the entire movie on her shoulder, without a single moment of weakness.
Her talent, strenght and huge charisma shines through the screen as much as her porcelain-skin, making for a fascinatingly riveting spectacle.
