Review of Funny Farm (1988) by Senor C — 06 Nov 2010

Now Im a Chevy Chase fan but I'll be the first to admit that after Vacation most of his movies were basically the same. This should actually be called National Lampoon Funny Farm. Maybe if this had been a Nation Lampoon effort it would have been funnier.

It sure would have been rated R. Chase & his wife move out to the country so Chevy can write his book & the locals are a bit crazy especially the drunk & disgruntle mailman. The laughs are light & if you're not a Chevy Chase fan there are basically none.

Could have stood to shave about 10-15 minutes off because the final act seemed to drag on. Would make for a good Xmas movie though.
