Review of Funeral in Berlin (1966) by Francisco P — 01 Aug 2007
I've never seen the Ipcress File and didn't really need to, this is a nice "thinking man's James Bond" thriller filled with so many twists, turns, and doublecrosses that would make a Jason Bourne movie seem straightforward.
Nice direction by Guy Hamilton too (maybe he missed his calling making some of the worst Bond films later on).
