Not all the way terrible. Jim carrey is actually a little bit funny in this. The thing that makes it suck is the black hole of cinema called Tea Leoni. She is virtually one of the worst actresses ever to make it into mainstream movies.
Carrey is basically the only real thing holding this togetehr as Baldwin isn't that funny and Jeff Garlin is wasted in a small role.
