This is a Nickelodeon movie that is definitely for the Teen Nick audience. It's got drinking and partying, some language, and some sexual humor. It's pretty standard fare for a teen comedy. Teenage girl is forced to take her little brother out on Halloween, loses him, and spends the rest of the movie looking for him.
Most of the humor is pretty lame even from a teen point of view. Either see it during the matinee or, better, wait for one of the Nick channels to broadcast it.
