Is it predictable? Yes. Does it even come close to the 80s teen comedies it tries so hard to emulate? Not really. But this box office dud from Nickelodeon Pictures is a PG-13 treat set around irresistible Halloween hijinks.
Targeted for the teens, but there are some true laugh out loud moments for their Gen X parents.
