Stanley Kubrick strikes again, this time targeting the Vietnam war! Must-see for the boot camp scenes but unfortunately that is the movie's peak and once they leave, the impact is lessened. R. Lee Fucking Ermey is OUTSTANDING as the drill sergeant and nearly all his opening monologue was improvised! Damn.
