Brilliant film that tells the story of Oscar Grant (Michael B Jordan) a troubled 22 year old trying to do the best for his young family. He, his girlfriend and a bunch of his friends go out for the new year until they run into trouble on a train and ultimately killed on the platform of Fruitvale Station by local cops.
This event changed the Bay area for good as friends and family seek justice for a life taken wrongly. Michael B Jordan portrays the character brilliantly and shows how bright of a future he has.
