Few films can tug heartstrings in the manner Fruitvale Station does, even fewer films cause one to ponder his or her mortality. Eneffible in its impact on the viewer and powerful in its portrayal of Oscar Grant, this is a fitting tribute to a man whose life rather his death is the reason to watch it.
