An extremely powerful, simple, yet effective film about the final hours of a young man who was taken unjustly and too soon from this Earth. Michael B. Jordan gives his character of Oscar multiple layers and every layer is perfectly played.
He isn't the best of guys or not the worst. Octavia Spencer is absolutely incredible as his mother. This is one hell of a film and the hype is completely justifie.
