It would be easy to dismiss this film as one-sided in its sympathetic portrayal of flawed-but-genuine nice guy Oscar versus power-drunk uniformed whites but the tragic thing is: it's probably pretty accurate.
Powerful and heartbreaking. Highly recommended.
