Fruits Basket is one of my favorite Anime's. This film takes place before the anime and goes into the story of the main characters (Honda Tohru) parents.
The first 30 minutes of the film is only recap from the anime which is ridiculous and unnecessary. This definitely drops the rating in my opinion. However the hour left of the film is all original.
