Review of Frozen River (2008) by Jason J — 21 Feb 2009
There is something about snow and ice that really appeals to me in films, probably because there isn't anything like that in my real life. This film has great performances from its two lead actors.
There have probably been a few films in recent years about people crossing into the US from Mexico, but I think this is the only one I've seen where people cross from Canada. This is a totally decent film.
