Review of Frozen River (2008) by Line F — 14 Mar 2009
This is a movie about a family mother of two being left by her gambling good for nothing husband who's also stolen the little money they had left. She works at a store but it doesnt pay the bills, and they eat popcorn for dinner while she dreams of a new trailer house to live in and a super mega man car for her son (ok I made up that toy name, I cant recall it) .
. By coincidence she gets involved in smugling people over a frozen river and makes alot of money on this.. It's a pretty dark movie and you feel like it's all gonna go to hell throughout it. great acting.
