Elsa is the princess of a fairytale country, Arendelle, who had magical ice powers since she was born. One day she played with her sister Anna when she was 8, and accidentally froze Anna's brain. She was scared, and called her parents, her parents visited a group of trolls, who healed Anna but removed all memories of Elsa having powers. The trolls told Elsa her powers are going to grow, and fear will be her enemy. From then on, Elsa's parents decided to keep Elsa's powers hidden until she learned how to control them. One day, the King and Queen of Arendelle died of a storm in the sea. This made Elsa the queen of Arendelle, since she is the older sister, so as she is enough age, the kingdom prepares for her coronation. But in the coronation Elsa accidentally let her powers take over her, and messed up. In fear, Elsa ran away and made her own castle of ice, whilst unintentionally started a potentially eternal winter in summer everywhere. Her loving younger sister, Anna, went on a journey to find her. In her way, Anna meets Kristoff and his reindeer, Sphen. She also meets Olaf, a living snowman built by Elsa. When they went in Elsa's palace, Elsa, trying to keep Anna safe, forced Anna to go back to Arendelle without her, but accidentally freezing Anna's heart. Meanwhile, in Arendelle, the Duke of Wessleton was very concerned of the queen being a monster as for freezing the summer. So, he sent men to go to find Anna with Hans but also killing Queen Elsa. As the men the duke sent found Elsa's palace, they had a fight with Elsa. Elsa was indeed powerful, but one of the men successfully shot at the high chandeller, which made Elsa numb. Hans sent Elsa to some sort of prison. Whilst Anna, knowing that her life is in danger and that only a true loves act can save her, or otherwise she will freeze solid forever, decided to kiss Prince Hans, a prince that Anna got engaged to on the day of Elsa's coronation, to save her life, but Hans said that he never loved Anna as he told him, he just wanted to get a throne. He said that he will be the one to officially kill Elsa and bring back summer, after that he locked Anna inside a room. Meanwhile, Olaf, wandering around in the castle, unlocked the door with his carrot nose. The snowman led Anna out of the castle. Anna saw Kristoff coming back to Arendelle for a true loves kiss, but Anna, noticing that Hans is about to kill Elsa, ran between them just at the second she freezes solid, blocking Hans attack.

Whilst Elsa is grieving for her sister, Anna began to unfreeze slowly, as this is an act of true love, sacrificing herself for her sister. Elsa, knowing that someone is willing to sacrifice their life for herself, overcame the fear that have been controlling her for a long time, and unfreezed the winter. The ending was that Hans was sent to face punishment, the duke was sent back to his castle.

This story, I think, is a very heartwarming story about family love. I liked it. The story is very meaningful, I liked every part of it. Anna, I think, according to the story, was the perfect sister that you could have. You could see she loved Elsa in every single way. Elsa, on the other hand, was also a sweet sister, except she has been living in fear for a long time, fearing her powers, and she has a lot of pressure on her. After her parents died, she was the queen, and the entire country's was on HER shoulder. She has to be a responsible queen and in the same time let others know about her powers, so she has all the right to be scared. Another cool thing in the movie is the animation. For example, when Elsa does her ice things, it looks so cool. I guess this movie wasn't so original since it was based on the ice queen, but this story takes a really cool road to take, about what if the queen was just misunderstood?

P.S could it be that this movie has a connection to Tangled and The little mermaid, because Rapunzel and Eugene did actually go to Elsa's coronation in the scene "For the first time in forever", you could see them, just for a split second. Could it be that the King and Queen of Arendelle, Elsa and Anna's parents, went to Rapunzel and Eugene's wedding, and died? The years match up too, Frozen was released in 2013 Nov 27, Tangled at 2010 Nov 24. Also, we know that Rapunzel was 18 when the wedding started, Elsa was 21 three years after. Could it be that Elsa is actually sisters with Rapunzel? I think Disney did this on purpose.
