Review of Frost/Nixon (2008) by ??Tt ? — 23 Feb 2010
Although I was skeptical going into it, Langella did a really good job as Tricky Dick. F/N is an interesting behind-the-scenes story on the production of the famous interview series. It's not a must-see, as dealing with Nixon is about as comfortable as sitting through a bad singer in church or when an old person says something racially insensitive.
But if nothing better is on, it's ok for at least one viewing. I was honestly expecting something better from Howard, something a bit more compelling, but the story itself is dry. The cast did a very good job, and it's good to see that Oliver Platt is still alive.
