It is difficult to imagine what emotion can be generated from an interview with a politician. However Nixon/Frost managed to provide energetic excitement and an intense drama. Not an easy task, especially when the outcome is known to everyone.
In the end, this movie comes down to the performance by the 2 leads, who make it like a fury, lethal duel.
