Review of Frost/Nixon (2008) by Steve K — 29 Jun 2010
Certainly not the boring movie that I had expected it to be. Great acting, very interesting, and particularly informative to younger viewers who might be unaware of this turbulent period in American history (like myself).
Also, one does not have to be too knowledgeable in politics to understand this movie, because I myself do not know the first thing about politics and I understood it fine. Equivalent to a boxing movie, punches substituted with words, eloquent plot development, captivating, suspenseful, once again, great acting, and all that good stuff.
Rated R for some language, but 4-5 less ?fucks? would?ve easily given it a PG-13 rating. Oh well. Nevertheless, great movie, I highly recommend it. 6/12/09.
