Review of Frost/Nixon (2008) by Jake P — 29 Oct 2010

I'm not super familiar with the work of Frank Langella, but after seeing his astounding performance in this movie, I plan on seeking out some of his other work. As Nixon, Langella conveyed the sense of dignity and loss that filled this man's life.

The emotions he conveyed with just his eyes spoke volumes and added an incredible sense of depth to the character. The supporting cast was excellent as well. I had thought that a movie about an interview would drag a little bit, but was pleasantly surprised by the brisk pace.

This didn't feel like a 2 hour movie. Highly recommended.
