A well made film from Ron Howard showing the events of the David Frost interviews with former American president Richard Nixon. After the controversial president's resignation from the presidency a lot of people are left angry with unanswered questions about Nixon's time in power.

However all the reporters and all of the people that have so far interviewed the man have so far become none the wiser. Until British chat show host David Frost puts together a plan to get the answers and the apology that everyone is looking for.

Well acted out from Michael Sheen and Frank Langella; along with side roles from Sam Rockwell and Kevin Bacon, Frost/Nixon is the true and gripping story of the classic Frost and Nixon interviews of 1977.

On one side you have Nixon who is trying to rebuild his reputation in order to step back into the spotlight of fame, and the other side you have David Frost whose putting his reputation on the line in a gamble to get the answers which nobody else could.

The film doesn't just focus on the subject as an interview, it highlights it as a battle of minds between the two men. Similar to two heavyweight boxers slugging it out; but with words instead of fists.

Eventually Frost's determination pays off as he finds a weakness in Nixon and attacks it from every angle in order to get the answers everyone is looking for. The chemistry between the two actors Sheen and Langella is quality, making the feud between the characters very realistic and gripping.

Although Frost/Nixon is a well made film, I wouldn't think that it appeals to everyone. Which is a shame because be patient and give this film a chance when watching it, and you'll find the last few minutes of the interviewing process very gripping.
