Review of Frost/Nixon (2008) by Alexandra L — 19 Jun 2011
A perfect political thriller. I didn't think I would like it this much. It is enthralling and it really captures the attention of all its viewers. It kept my interest to the fullest. Frost/Nixon is indeed weighty and eloquent, no question.
There were some historical inaccurancies, which will give history teachers a heart attack or five, but it didn't matter because the plot was formulated so well, like the Inglourious Basterds. Frank Langella makes an excellent former president Richard Nixon and Michael Sheen makes an excellent David Frost as well.
Loved it. Can't say it enough.
