This documentary probably isn't really representative of the class elections of most schools in this country. After all, Stuyvesant is one of the top high schools in the country, and its students all seem to be intelligent over-achievers.
What is interesting about this is its parallel to the apathetic feeling and low turnouts from general populace about national elections.
