Review of Frontier(s) (2007) by Dawn P — 17 May 2008
A passable survival horror. It's TCM with crazy backwoods Nazi's, some Saw-style brutality, and a healthy dose of style. There is a bit of style over substance here - , as I found myself never really interested in who lived or died.
Between the bad acting, and the silliness of parts of the plot (who would have crawled into a teeny-tiny pipe out on a road???) - I just waited for the next gore scene. Good, not great.
