Review of Frontier(s) (2007) by Emma R — 13 Jun 2008
Brutal as hell, bloody at times to the point of stomach churning even to me, disturbingly realistic, but artisically done and thought-provoking. Gens has a subtle message in this film, that many may overlook because of the movies brutality and gruesomeness.
Not for anyone queasy, but for those who can make it through it's a grade above your standard torture ultra-violent movie.
