Review of Frontier(s) (2007) by Federico S — 10 Feb 2009
Though neither subtle nor particularly original, this movie has nightmarish energy to spare. The film, itself, will be not easily forgotten or shaken off, but some of its charm is lost in boring and dull dialogues, as well as in some of the scenes which will clearly remind you of some other movies such as "The Texas chainsaw massacre".
Anyways, despite its brutality or violence, the movie is a good, intelligent political film that deserves a watch, especially for those who enjoy gorefests.
