By no means a particularly pleasant watch, but unlike some other films of this ilk, I liked the fact that it had decent back story at it's core, - unrest in Paris followed by the discovery of a Neo Nazi family- Okay, so this isn't a 'nice' story - but that isn't the point.
Nicely tense to begin with, with a great scene for claustrophobiacs. Gore hounds are rewarded in the last two reels. Worthwhile.
