Review of Front Page Woman (1935) by Greg W — 23 Mar 2010
70/100. Any film that has the combination of Bette Davis and director Michael Curtiz, has to be worth watching, and it is. Curtiz can always be counted on to create a fast paced film. The feminist angle, especially in 1935 is interesting.
Good supporting cast, great dialogue and an entertaining story. It isn't a major production, but it's a fine movie. Davis and co star George Brent always work well together and have a great rapport.
