Review of From Paris with Love (2010) by Melanie-Ann D — 27 Dec 2010
Most of you are probably thinking I'm nuts for giving this an 80%, but I liked it quite a bit.
This being the best impulse buy of my life since Predator. Not as good as Predator in any way, but it is fun. Travolta really fit the description of a bad ass m other fucker who takes no prisoners. Plus he knows how to mouth off with the best of them. I haven't seen him this bad ass since Swordfish (which I did not like, but Travolta sure rocked that boat of a film). Jonathan Rhys Meyers I don't think fit the bill all that well, but I was eventually able to accept him in his role.
The plot is a bit out of control, but with a movie like this that is expected. Most of you can call me crazy, heck I'll even let you call me shirley, but I did like this one and am giving it my recommendation. So if most of you have lost respect for me Oh well there's nothing for me to do about that except for to sit back and enjoy this adrenaline fueled thrill ride!
