Review of From Hell (2001) by Sheree R — 15 Nov 2010
I've not read the graphic novel but the story here is rather shallow. It tries to combine too many of the Ripper theories and casts aside many of the historical events and ignores the actal nature of the characters involved.
The plot is dull and like so many films it just takes too long to get going and then just ends. Even Depp couldn't save this one.
