Review of From Dusk Till Dawn (1996) by David L — 30 Sep 2010
Great film - love the way it changes direction midway through, and begins a whole new storyline. It's a typical Tarantino film, which starts with a pulp fiction type introduction.........two mafia style convicts causing chaos, before leading into a Kill Bill style sequence for the second part.
The action also has a nice blend of horror and comedy which doesn't doesn't take itself too seriously. It is most certainly gripping from start to finish, and suitable for a variety of audiences given the variety of genre's it covers.
I'd have no problem watching this one again sometime soon.
