Review of From Beyond (1986) by Robert V — 01 Feb 2008
Pineal desires have never been more fully realized than in this Stuart Gordon gorefest. Having had the good fortune to mee the man himself, I have always considered Gordon to be the best when it comes to Lovecraftian fare.
This is one of my favorites, chock full of lust, gore and weird creatures. Throw in Jeff Combs and a couple of self check references( Miskatonic U) this is one fun ride intended for midnight viewing with all the lights out.
