Review of From Beyond (1986) by Tico P — 24 Feb 2010
Stuart Gordon returns with another HP Lovecraft adaption with From Beyond. Another 80's horror film from Gordon has all the regulars back Combs and Crampton, and the same theme the price of science, and of course over the top use of latex in the gore effects.
The gore in this film is bizarre lots of heads being swallowed and a lot of bloated bodies that look like they will give any moment. Great cameo from horror legend Ken Foree as a investigator.
