Low-Budget 'Eco-Horror' film from the 1970's that featured Ray Milland in his last film role and a young Sam Elliot as the hero (before he had his moustache, even!) about a rich industrialist who's been dumping chemicals in the swamp around his family mansion--those chemicals are making the local animal life smarter and more aggressive--the animals start laying siege (??!) to the industrialist's home and trying to pick off the family one by one and....

Not much of a plot, and what is there is basically an excuse to have scenes of animals attacking humans in increasingly absurd ways. The scenery is very nice.
