Review of Fritz the Cat (1972) by Kevin D — 06 Mar 2008
Tries to use comedy to show the different sterotypes both within/without the American counter-culture of the late 60s. Tries to show the best and the worse of thise cultures. Illustrates very clearly that the counter-culture (then at least) was made up of people with WILDLY differing attudes and ethics.
Quite a lot of outragious statements/sceens so DON'T watch if you're easily offended, or can't take a joke. Just remember how groundbreaking it must have been when it was first realised.
