Definetly an 80s' gem. Just so much "cheese" that I can't resist it. I love the dated effects, the style, the music, it's all so Awesome. I love the characters, and the over done performances.
Chris Sarandon is hilariously evil, and Roddy McDowall is... well, Roddy McDowall which is Awesome! It's just a really entertaining/fun 80s' horror flick that isn't great, but definetly AWESOME!!!
