Review of Fright Night (1985) by Sarah E — 22 Jun 2011
I don't get it: Charley Brewster's desperate to lose his virginity, and every time his sexually repressed girlfriend decides that she's ready to do IT, Brewster gets distracted by his creepy vampire neighbour and/or some blond, big-chested fang banger.
I might have answered my own question somewhere here, but still, Fright Night never reached a point where it stopped being bad and went right back to being good again. It kind of just sucked from beginning to end.
Pun not intended; this movie doesn't deserve puns.
