Review of Fright Night (1985) by David R — 16 Aug 2011
With the release of the Fright Night re-make out this weekend I decided to watch the original and to see what the fuss was about. I had to put myself in the 80's to appreciate the special effects and the type of humor that the movie had, but over all it was a smart and funny movie.
A bit corny but for its times I could have seen myself LOVING this movie. Overall it was nice not to see another emo vampire, I am really over that genre, Fuck Twilight movies and Emo Erick (True Blood).
