Not your typically 80's vampire flicks like The Lost Boys, The Hunger and Near Dark. Fright Night does a 180 degree on the genre that is unique adding comedy and parodies the the cliches of vampires.
Sadly, the film is already remade in 2011 and just after watching the 1985 original I'm definitely skipping the tasteless remake.
